After reading it, was very pissed off with it. WHAT THE FUCK !!! You mean for this such a period of time, we've been helping you all never notice it. Yes, we sometimes might be distracting the cadets, but for what..they are tired after a whole wk of skl and still cum cca for what. They came here, yes for training, but oso to have fun. I told Mr Haniff before that me and some ex sec.4s' will be coming back to help out, and that day he agreed me. He said okay, as long as we dun come in to disturb the cadets, we dun tok or play with frewns in the skl, its okay for us to cum bck to hlp. But now, just one msg saying that you all have enough inspectors for the unit and need not us the EXTRA PEOPLE to come and will cor us when you need hlp. What you mean by extra people..you mean we come down is DISTURBING/DISTRACTING you all teaching or what. Dun think you all are inspectors, you all are big fuck okay, you all are just one to two years older then me. So what, you are still not old enough to lecture us. You mean that last time we come down after our skl to hlp instead of going out with frewns isnt good enough?? We care for the unit, we care for the cadets well being, thats what we come down for. First you dun get the facts right and start scolding people, ordering them around. Second, you dun give them a room for explanation. Third, you think that you are the inspectors and they are your cadets so you can 'bully' them. I seen it done through many trainings orady. Its just that you all scold until very happy, you dun feel the pain, you dun feel the hurt. You scold orady, is just to make you all feel good. But did you think of the cadets feeling or not, they are humans, not animals. Some of the cadets orady cant stand you in training and wanted to QUIT. Of cox you do not know. Most of the time after training, cadets, no matter is from sec1, 2, 3, or 4s', after training, they will tell me this tell me that.. WHY?? Cox ii'm not like you all scold and 'torture' them. They tell me the problems faced, they tell me their unhappiness abt that day's training. For what they tell me so much, cox they TRUST me, they know ii'm not that type of person who scold, yell voices at anyone, 'torture' them..ii'm someone who they tell me whats the problem is and ii'll try help wateva i cn. I dun lyk to dig up the past, but ii have to. Rmb not long ago, Syafiq was scolding the sec 3s' nco for not doing the timetable for the friday parade. He even said that if there is gonna happen one more time, they cn all forget to take their sgt test. Their face turn black. I know they are at fault, but did you even try to ask properly why the timetable wasnt even prepared/vetted by TOs'? NO, you didnt. You just here one part of the story here and there then you made the conclusion. Was told by MengHwee that he told Kenneth many days to do the schedual for friday's training orady, but Kenneth just kept forgetting to do. Cox he have no time, he was busy preparing the japan trip presentation for assembly. Kairul, Madeline, Izyan, have been reminding him to do and get it vetted by TOs'.. But he either sae he too busy or forget. He might be at fault but at least you bother to hear the whole story before jumping to conclusions. You can sae "ONE FOR ALL, ALL FOR ONE".. but Kenneth agreed to do it, and he said he will do. Thats why the rest of them didnt do. Because what if Kenneth did one, then the others oso did it, and all of them got it vetted and pass it to you. You can cnfirm you wun scold them, can cnfirm the teacher officers wun scold them. Just for one training, and they have so many different scheduals... THINK ABOUT IT, PUT YOURSELF IN THEIR SHOES. YOU'RE ONCE A CADET, SHOULD KNOW HOW THEY FEEL. IF YOU REALLY DONT FEEL IT, THEN YOU REALLY AREN'T HUMANS..

just dunno why.. ii cant get over the matter this morning until now. Stil feeling very pissed off. The tv just seems to be rubbing into my wound as well. Every show on tv ii watch is all abt arguing and quarreling, so irritating..so angry!! Just shouted at my grandma due to some other problems again. My mood has gotten frm bad to worse since tiz morning after see'ing the msg. FUCK SHIT LAH, KNNPCB SIA...my mood today really damn sucks. Feeling so... ... ...
