Did autocad drawing-door frame..then was break then lesson again. 1200hrs, off from school then train down to novena inter with Denise, RuiEn, EeLing, YiFeng, Mandy, Arif, Fizrin, Farhan, Shariff, Riduwan, Mistry to meet MrChua, MissChua, MrsTan, MrOh & MrGoh.. Coz we are going to CPG building to learn abt architecture things. Reached novena inter abt 1315hrs then went long john silver to eat for the guys, then the girls went to eat other things. 1400hrs, went to meet the teachers then walk to CPG building. Its in the same building, just above novena mrt station.
Had Introduction by MrFrankieLim then some 3D animations of walk throughs of the building, the projects that he is assign to, what are the perspectives required to the buildings requirements and many more. Then MrLim show us round the office. Government buildings in a seperate office from the residential/commercial buildings authorities coz government service buildings are strictly confidential. Then we were shown abt some codings to do before submitting the plan to the following authorities..eg: CP-38 (understand??) !!! Then back to the studio and talk about architects life.
CPG consultants pte ltd is the largest construction architecture building in singapore for now. Its has also 18 branches all over the world like malaysia, australia, india, china, veitnam, phillipins and many more. It also offers part-time architecture in CPG pte ltd as well. We could even be sent to other country branches to help out and see how is the working environment like. For now as been told, 2 temasek poly students are in the china branch now learning there.
The current project under construction now by MrLim is the K.T.P. hospital in yishun. Previously its called Alexandra Hospital but after this person K.T.P. donated S$1.2million, it had seen been changed. The new hospital should be finish building by mid of next year. Its a beautiful building though. AFter that group photo then left CPG.
Me, YiFeng, RuiEn, Mandy, EeLing, Mistry waited for MrsTan's daughter to come meet her then we leave. While the rest have orady left. Her daughter came then all go left me, YiFeng, RuiEn, EeLing & Mandy. Decided where to eat dinner after a long long time. Went to bugis to eat dinner, then to bugis street to buy YiFeng's belt. Walk to Iluma to slack, my first time there, the place can say nice la, but not as nice as Ion Orchard..><
